I only saw Bandslam once and it wasn’t a movie I’d want to watch over and over again, although I do love Vanessa Hudgens and I really love Aly Michalka. Maybe because it treated ska like some deep-cut underground subversive musical style that some teenagers had just discovered rather than something that had been around for 50+ years and had a peak mainstream moment in the 1990s. Regardless, there are some great songs on the soundtrack, including this one to get you fired up for Monday morning.
